As they launch their new and exciting ‘4 Marys’ Gin range, the husband and wife team behind Linlithgow Distillery, Aly and Ross Jamieson, have been experimenting with serves and have shared the recipe for the ‘Mary Livingston’, which is a simple G&T classic cocktail made using their new Bramble Gin.  Here’s how you can create it:

50ml Four Marys Bramble Gin

150ml Fever-tree tonic

Lashings of ice

Garnished with fresh raspberries and a sprig of spearmint
