To help celebrate our partnership with The Big Mix Festival Aviemore, we’re sharing some amazing cocktail recipes from the Scottish Gin brands that are featuring at the Festival. This one is amazing – try it at home!

Caorunn Raspberry Smash
50ml Caorunn Gin Scottish Raspberry
150ml pressed apple juice
Method: Build ingredients over ice.
Garnish: Pink Lady apples and raspberries.
