The Big Big Gin Festival is back!

Having been officially recognised as the best Scottish Gin Event of the Year at the Scottish Gin Awards in October, the event organisers at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange are hard at work organising the April 2020 edition of The Big Big Gin Festival and they tell us it’s going to be the biggest and best yet!

The Big Big Gin Festival is unlike any other gin festival, in that each show is refreshingly different. So as well as sipping samples from leading makers and craft distilleries, and watching expert mixologists shake up a storm over at the cocktail bars, visitors can discover something completely new each time. In the recent October show, we saw a brand-new and exclusive VIP terrace area which, following its unprecedented popularity, will return in April 2020, but what other surprises will be in store?

The Big Big Gin Festival also plays host to a range of must-see masterclasses, workshops and demonstrations. Plus, there’ll be face-painters, fabulous food to savour, live music that gives a real festival atmosphere, selfie walls and a photo booth to capture the amazing memories.

Owner of the Edinburgh Corn Exchange and creator of the Big Big Gin Festival, Paul DeMarco, commented; ‘We work tirelessly all year round to ensure each Big Big Gin Festival is a fresh and exciting experience for the visitors and the exhibitors alike. And having recently clinched the title of ‘Scottish Gin Event of the Year’ at the Scottish Gin Awards, it’s no surprise that so many past exhibitors have already signed up to return in April. Without a doubt, it’s the biggest and best gin festival around!’

They cost £18, which covers admission to the event, one gin and tonic, one Big Big Gin Festival glass, and entry into the Meet the Maker zone where free samples will be available.
