WIN an 1881 Gin Distiller Experience and overnight stay at Peebles Hydro
We’re into February and Valentine’s mood is well and truly in the air already. To celebrate the season of love, we have teamed up with Peeble’s Hydro to offer our followers the chance to win an extra special prize.
Peebles Hydro is a luxury hotel and spa, around an hour’s drive from Edinburgh and now home to the fantastic range of 1881 Gins. The distillery where the gins are created is on-site within the hotel grounds and they have also launched a new gin school, where visitors can enjoy a 3-hour gin-making experience, where they learn all about the art of distilling and are guided through the process to make their very own gin.

1881 is the first year that Peebles Hydro welcomed guests to stay, drawn by the hydropathic craze sweeping the country, visitors flocked to the Shieldgreen spring to ‘take the waters’. That same water is now used to create the range of 1881 Gins, using botanicals, of which many are harvested around the hotel.
