More medals for Fairytale Distillery Gins

It’s been quite a year for the Fairytale Distillery! We reported recently that they had achieved medals in the prestigious World Spirits Awards, and now we’re sharing the excellent news that they have been awarded 3 medals in the London Spirits Competition- including two golds!

Head Distiller, Thomas tells us:

We had high hopes for our Highland Gin Number 6 since it won a Double Gold in the recent World Spirits Awards and was the top gin in its class. However, you can never “count your chickens”, so it was gratifying to receive another top award in London! A Gold award is always
hard to come by.
We entered 2 new gins from our Distillery and both won awards! A Gold for the Highland Gin number 57, the “Navy Strength”, 57% ABV; and our version of “Old Tom” the Highland Gin number 29 which won a Bronze medal.
Incidentally, we were the only Scottish Gin Distillery to win a Gold medal; in fact, we won two, and there were a lot of well known Scottish Distilleries taking part!
