Introducing Goodwill Quercus Robur – a cask matured gin from GlenWyvis Distillery

GlenWyvis Distillery – the community distillery in Dingwall that produces Goodwill Gin – have released a new limited edition cask-aged craft Scottish Gin and it sounds like something very special indeed.

The gin (created using the nine premium botanicals at the heart of GlenWyvis Goodwill Gin) are aged in a single 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, so the ‘European oak’ releases rich fruit flavours during maturation to complement the crisp aromas and full flavours of the gin.
