Your Gin Tour starts off with a refreshing Gin & Tonic along with a detailed history of the Eden Mill site. During your Distillery Tour, you’ll discover our distilling techniques and learn about our key locally grown botanicals. Then we’ll guide you through our distillery, bonded cask warehouse and our product finishing areas – all the while giving you insider knowledge and access to areas normally not seen by the public. Things finish off with a gin tasting session from our range.
