Scottish Gins and Cheese masterclass

Scottish gins paired with cheeses delves into Scottish gin and the unique approches of the Scottish distillers. We take you around Scotland with eight craft gin samples showing varying styles and diverse nature of Scottish gins.

This masterclass is designed to introduce guests to the idea of pairing gin with both cheese and premium mixers. We use a selection of products from Bon Accord, Fentimans and Fever-Tree with the aim of developing flavours.

We cover key Scottish gin facts, as well as Scottish production and Scottish botanicals and more. This class gives you a firm grounding in Scottish gins and how best to enjoy them beyond the class.
